"The service team here is AWESOME!!! I was taking a trip from Jacksonville, FL, and my '03 Sportster 1200 was having some issues. I pulled in on Friday, April 30th, at 5:30pm. There were several bikes in front of me, but after explaining my situation they squeezed my bike in and stayed until almost 8pm working on my bike! They got me back on the road safe and sound and I was able to enjoy the rest of my trip on the bike and make it back to Jacksonville safe and sound. Thank you so much Tripp, Chad, and Scooter, and the rest of the guys who helped me out! You guys make me proud to be a Harley owner!!! "

"This was my first bike. I spent several months looking at all the brands - both Harley and metric. I think every bike place in Charleston knew me by name. I made many visits to LCHD working with Dennis to pick the right bike. I went back and forth looking at the 1200 Custom and the Superglide. In the end I picked a 1200 Custom. But during my visits Dennis was always extremely helpful and answered all my questions. He never presured me into buying anything. But he was always helpful in helping me pick a bike and the pros and cons. I have already been back to purchase several aftermarket products - including a riding jacket and new floorboards and a new shifter pedal. Overall Great Experience."

"All i have to say is i bought my first bike from Suzuki in summerville 3 yrs ago and then my first Harley today and i wish i would have came here 3 yrs ago. "I just bought my first Harley and after a long time of shopping for the the right deal on the same Road King Low Country Harley made the best deal and stood behind it with outstanding financing that save me enough to get some new riding gear. I had the service department do some speacial things to my bike before I picked it up and they where great to work with. No problem at all. This dealership is truely one of a kind. "My wife purchased a 2010 Harley 883 Iron for me, as an early Christmas present. She agreed to trade in my 2006 Harley 883 XLR, and the sale was very dependent on the deal that we were able to get on the trade in. Our Sales Associate, " Dennis Perbeck", and the Store manager Mike, went above and beyond to to satisfy our needs. My 2006 XLR 883 harboured alot of memories for me, some good, and some bad, but in the end, we were more than ready to "Ring the Bell". The other Sales Associates from all of the other departments were as excited for me as I was. This was not the first time that I have been to Low Country Harley, as we have shopped there many times, but it was the first time that I have purchased a new Harley Davidson. The entire staff made the experience alot of fun. I would strongly encourage any one who was interested in a Harley, to visit Low Country Harley- Davidson, as I am sure that they would be as satisfied as I was. My hats off to the entire staff, but espescially to Dennis, and Mike.

"From a womans perspective I must say my experience buying my first Harley was wonderful! When I first visited your dealership I walked in the door and had the pleasure to meet your salesman Kareem Pais. I explained to him that I was interested in a Sportster 1200 that was listed on your internet site. He was very curtious and answered all my questions pertaining to this bike. He showed a genuine interest in making sure I was comfortable with all the features on the Sportster. I have experience in riding ATV's and dirt bikes, but this was my first road bike and I wanted the right one. "This is my second purchase from Low Country. Someone wrote earlier on the testimonial page that the past is the past and we have got to move on. Well I believe that to. I know somepeople who have said that they would not buy from Low Country but I will tell you this. I am probaly the most anal retentive person you will ever know. I expect good customer service and the folks at Low Country have always come through for me even when I was upset. They made things right and for that I salute them. Their staff is knowlegeable in the product they sale and that goes along way. Hunter and Sam have always shot me straight from the hip and are well educated in parts. The Service Dept. has been good to me and I recommend them to everyone I come in contact with. Trip has gone to great lengths to please me and he has that attitude of"your my only customer right now" when speaking to me and thats goes along way. I work in customer service so I feel like I give good service and I have always gotten that from the people at Low Country. Thanks for making my second purchase from you guys a great one. I will enjoy my new 08' 105th Anniversary Electra Gilde with pleasure. Just like the film on the HD website "My Creed". I choose to ride a Harley Davidson because it is the class of the field and nothing else compares to a Harley Davidson.

""Luck of the Irish". We stopped in on St. Patty's Day on a short holiday (from Columbus, OH)just to look around and kill some time before a day of sightseeing and shopping around Charleston ... and ended up purchasing a new 2009 Ultra Classic Electra Glide. A week later we returned to Charleston SC in a 16 foot Penske rental truck to drop off my 2005 Road King Custom and pick up the new UCEG. We had no intention of purchasing a new Harley on St. Patty's Day (let alone one from a dealership 650 miles away from where we live)but ALL of the people we met at Low Country HD made this a truly pleasant/memorable experience, especially our salesman "Alex". "Hi all, I was asked if I had a good experince to fill this survey out. Honestly, I really hate these things; however, these guys really are first class and went out of there way to help me out, so I guess they earned it. I didn't plan on buying my new Nightrain, I had always dreamed of that bike, but for what ever reason just never pulled the trigger.
