Just bought my first Harley, and for that matter first vehicle of any kind. 2011 Nightster. Absolutely beautiful bike and a shame it's apparently been discontinued. But more importantly, I just wanted to rave about my experience. Mark, my sales person, made everything super relaxed and easy. He is phenomenal at his job. He honestly made me feel like I'd just won the lottery ad at the same time, like I earned every penny of it. I could not be happier with him and everyone else at Low Countey Harley Davidson on Dorchester road was so extremely friendly. The timing was great, too because it fell just days before the first men's boot camp night. Learned a lot and had a lot of fun, too. Thank you to Mark and the whole staff!

I'm another satisfied customer. Tom, the "Evil Twin" took good care of me when trading my bike for a brand new Street Glide. I came in wanting a 2012 I saw online but discovered it was sold. No problem, they hooked me up with a 2013 for the same price. Tom took the time to make sure I got all the extras I wanted. They even threw in a helmet for my wife. I can't say enough about the good folks at LCHD. I'm sure I'll be ringing the bell again the future. You've got a customer for life.

I moved to SC approximately 7 years ago with my wife and children. I have made many purchases over the years in reference to motorcycles, cars, trucks, and homes. I recently purchased a 2013 HD Road Glide from Kareeem in sales. I dealt with Willie, Mike, Tommy, Matt, Freddie, Kareem and a few others. Your entire family made me feel very welcome at your establishment and that was very comforting. Of the many purchases that I have made over the years I would have to say, without a doubt, that dealing with low counrty harley has been the most memorable experience of my life and look forward to many years of conducting business with your establishment and staff. Over the years I have made many large purchases and this is by far the most fun I have ever had. I love the bike, the service and the attention I have received at the dealership as it was extraordinary. The soft tail slim is not only a wonderful machine living up to the HD tradition and reputation, it is a work of art. It is the definition of quality and performance. Had a wonderful experience with the "EVIL TWIN"! He was AWESOME on my recent purchase of my 2000 Heritage Softail Springer! I fell in love with the bike at the spring rally at Myrtle Beach and ended up working with Evil and the Low Country crew for a couple of weeks before heading all the way to Charleston, SC to pick up my "baby". (Which was a FIVE HOUR drive for me.) Props to all of the staff at Low Country, especially to Tom Faulkner. He is very knowledgeable and he makes sure his customers are happy!! :-) All the crew at Low Country rock!! Oh, and please tell the "Good Twin" I said hello!! Love me some Low Country Harley Davidson!!!!!

I bought my first Harley from Low Country. Lance my sales rep was great along with the rest of the staff. I was out the door with my 2012 Fatboy Lo with in a hour. I have bought parts and accessories from the parts store there and have never had any problems at all.

I was recently in the dealership from NC. I spoked the sales men Mr. K he was very professional and very knowledgable. Im not it in the market to bye at the time but I wish there was more salesman like him in my local store! I really appreciated his time.. When I'm ready to bye I will DEFINITLY come to Mr. K!!

Best dealership in south Carolina , I had some issues with my bike and low country HD took care of all the problems , Service , sales and parts where the best i have dealt with in any business in a long time , If all businesses treated people like Low country Harley , People would look forward to getting warranty or service work done , The sales staff made me feel like family , while i waited , Kareem and Tom in sales , Ken , L And Fletch In service treated me like we knew each other for years Thanks to everyone and You have made a new costumer for life I will gladly travel the 112 miles to do business with you guys in the future Hats off To low country Harley , Thanks Dave By: david stressman |

When I traded my BMW last year,sales rep.DENNIS was veary professional ,as all the employees at LCH.AND Financing helped me, best possible way to get out of a bad situation of very ,very bad service.I ride all year round ,30k + miles a year.and LCH HAS NOT LET ME DOWN SERVICE IS EVERYTHING.I am sure glad service explaned RIDER REWARD PROGRAM IT PAYED OFF. My bike was stolen from me a little over two years ago and I have been heart broken ever since , I have been on a 1.5 year quest to find a bike that looked similar to mine and have found a couple here and there , however my credit has not been the greatest over the last couple years and has kept me from financing a bike in the past when I have asked a HD dealer to hold a bike on a very short term (due a layaway) I've had them say no and even a couple laugh at me , But not only did your dealer ship say yes your sales lady MARIA bent over backwards to get this done for me , your dealership has a heart and you have healed mine and as my credit gets better everyday you can rest assured that in the future when I do buy that brand new Harley I will be driving all the way from NY to Charleston SC. to buy it from you so in closing I want to say a BIG THANK YOU to your staff and especially MARIA Thank you Tom Bennett By: Tom Bennett |

I was riding last Friday afternoon when my 2010 FLHTCU went into "Limp Mode". I trailered it to Low Country and was immediately written up for service by Ken. He was extremely helpful and assured me the bike would be done as quickly as possible. I received a call yesterday (Tuesday) that the issue was repaired and the bike was ready. Went down to pick it up and it was sitting out front waiting for me. Ken gave me an explanation of what part they replaced and made me a copy of the service bulletin for my records. Any time I stop in, everyone is friendly and helpful. Mike is great in finance...Matt and all parts guys have always been on the ball and very friendly to deal with...always helpful. Dennis in sales goes out of his way to come over and speak to me anytime I come in. I've had my Ultra sinice 11/09 and have never had a complaint with any department at Low Country!

On February 4,2012 my wife and I came to LCHD looking to purchase a HD motorcycle. We have been riding Harley's for over 20 years and this is our first experience at LCHD. Our salesman, Karim was excellent with us and he showed and shared his vast knowledge about the product that we were looking at. We had our minds set on a Street Glide (my second one, my first was a 2007 and so far my favorite Harley),Karim explained all of the new features of this bike to us. Karim also came to the car dealership to pick us up after I sold my car and brought us back to the Harley shop where we decided to purchase the new 2012 Street Glide. The entire staff from sales to financing to the accessories salesperson Karen were all friendly, helpful, and eager to help us. We both are so happy to be on the road again after a two year hiatus and we will always remember the great treatment we were given at LCHD. We will definately recommend LCHD to others and our loyalty will be with LCHD.

I sat at work late on a Thursday night, building another dream bike on the HD website. Decided to click the little link for loan qualification. Didnt think about it, until Friday at work. I got an excited call from Kareem telling me I was approved for my new Harley and when would I like to pick it up. I decided I would grab a brother and head down after work. Met up with Kareem and he showed me around the bikes I was looking at. I wondered around the showroom for a while drooling at all the glory. I saw a beautiful black Wide Glide smiling at me. Sure she was stock but the black 103 stuck out of the side just enough to tease me. Then I began to vision our future together on the open road, the changes I could make to her, and the changes she would make for me. Went into the finance department, despite the intrest being a little high for my liking, stretching out the loan a little put her in my budget. The family there stayed late to get everything take care of. As we went home we spent that cold November evening holding eachother. Thanks

On May 13th I had just started using my bike to commute back and forth to work. I am female so for whatever reason I had just got my nerves worked up for the 20 mile commute, which seems like nothing now. Anyway, in the preceding days my daughter who works at another bike shop offered to put my bike away. When she did, she dumped it, and she dumped it hard. It wasn't light like the bikes she was used to pushing around. At any rate I didn't realize the clutch grip was completely cracked in two, I only observed all the cosmetic damage. So on my way to and then home from work I was having a horrible time shifting. I hadn't learned at that time how to shift without the clutch grip, now I know. So I managed to get to the Harley shop by 6:55 pm. They were shutting it down, but took mercy upon me and took the time to repair my bike so I could ride home safely and with peace of mind. Thumbs up to the crew for helping me. I will be forever thankful as is my family. Thanks A Bunch for Caring. Not everyone would have.

guys,ive purchased 3 bikes from your dealership. 2002FXSTDI,2006FLHTCUI that i brought back for service to put a SE103 motor in,and 2008 THUNDER MOUNTAIN FIRESTONE. Great service each bike each time i come in.I have RRP on the last bike and brought in for service and tech found serious engine trouble and instead of having me bring rental back as should have happened I was told i could keep rental for 4 extra days. I cant say enough good things about Dave,Jeremy,and the rental guy. I apologise,but I cant remember his name.THANKS AGAIN GUYS! BRYAN

"The service team here is AWESOME!!! I was taking a trip from Jacksonville, FL, and my '03 Sportster 1200 was having some issues. I pulled in on Friday, April 30th, at 5:30pm. There were several bikes in front of me, but after explaining my situation they squeezed my bike in and stayed until almost 8pm working on my bike! They got me back on the road safe and sound and I was able to enjoy the rest of my trip on the bike and make it back to Jacksonville safe and sound.
